Within the past decade, Piero has held key positions including VP of Group Analytics at Telenor and Chief Digital & Analytics Officer at Telia, where he led major transformations. He previously worked with McKinsey as a Junior Partner, where he focused on Marketing, Insights and Analytics.

One of our founders was instrumental in driving the resourcing for the right BI team for this Thailand-based retail conglomerate with a focus on South East Asia. The South East Asian market was rapidly evolving after the COVID pandemic, and he trained senior technical leads for this client to effectively manage a new cloud-based BI data platform implementation.
Despite the complexities involved in migrating legacy Oracle BI systems and facing a tight deadline set by the PMO office led by Accenture, he successfully executed the project under a month and a half. Out of the 20 BI engineers and cloud data architects deployed, 12 were retained as full-time team members for post-implementation use cases.

With the BI team's enhanced capabilities and the data platform fully cloud-based, the client was able to quickly achieve their cross-selling targets across different business verticals. Additionally, they were able to provide key executives with a comprehensive list of omni-channel KPIs from a single source of truth.
